4/29/12

Weigh-in went better than I thought it would after not being in gym for 3 weeks.Was good to see everyone there and see that they are still upbeat and working hard.Monday will be my first day back to gym and I am looking forward to it.Hoping for my best month yet in May,need to cut back on the weekend cheat days to do it,but with the weather warming up I should be outside more and that will help a lot.

4/19/12

Got the ok from my Dr. to go back to work Monday.It will be good to get back in a routine again.Have not worked out in 2 weeks but I can start back again,just have to be carefull.It has been a good 2 weeks weight wise so I'm ok there.

4-11-12

Looks like I am in for a rough week.Sitting around and can not do anything.Can not move shoulder without pain so no gym.Been eating to much so far so when this heals up I will really have to go at it.Start pt on friday so hopefully it will not be much longer.

4-9-12

Well I really pigged out this weekend.But today is a new day and back on track.I am about 12 hours away from surgery and am not allowed to eat or drink so I quess this is a good start back watching what I eat.I find it is good to cheat from time to time because it helps you to refocus and stay on target.But I did go a little overboard this past week so I really need to get serious now plus I feally feel kind of crappy from all the bad things I ate.

Hope everyone is still going strong,had a good week of workouts.I may be out of the gym for a few days do to shoulder surgery Monday so I will just cut back on the calories a little.Have a good Easter all and praise the Lord for what this weekend stands for.

Today was my last workout at the senior center before my shoulder surgery because they are closed tomorrow.Hope the Dr. allows me to get back in the gym soon.

4-1 12

Had a good weigh-in yesterday so I went out and celebrated.Had chicken and noodles over potatoes and biscuits followed by chocolate cake and later that night I had jellybeans.After not eating this way in awhile I have to say I did not feel to well for a bit,think it was the cake.Back to work today to continue on the road to getting healthy.
