final post

I give my congratulations to the top 3 losers. There were 4 of you that lost at least 20% of your body weight,is that awesome or what, and it was very tight between 2nd,3rd and 4th place. To see all the smiles and joy in everyones face was great, but what touched me the most was to see the joy and pride in the face of the lady(sorry I really suck at remembering names)that beat my wife by .4% for 3rd place was truely priceless.I lost 17.3% or 51 lbs and it feels great.I plan on dropping another 20 lbs.I can't wait untill Dec. to hear how everyone is doing.Keep up the good work all.And Joni,if you read this get those Margatitas ready I'm coming down to celebrate.

7/16/12

Hi All,
Well we are almost to the end of the contest, but only at the beginning of our journey to be healthier.I still have the cravings for the foods I like the most but find it a lot easier to resist.I also find I do not eat the large helpings anymore, well most of the time.I have not been in the gym in quite awhile but I have been doing work around the house and cutting firewood for my daughter.I truly feel that I will not have any trouble maintaining this lifestyle in the future and look forward to seeing how much I can improve myself in the years to come.
