Where has the motivation gone?This last month has been my hardest yet to stay focused and it will probably show on the scales Saturday.I have been really proud of where I have gotten to so far and I guess I just put it in cruise controll for awhile.With only one month left in the program I hope to get back on track not that I have really veered off that much but to put what I have learned to good use and get things going again.I want to lose another 30 lbs total and hope to be their later this year.There are a lot of things going on in the summer and you have to enjoy them as much as you can,it quite a balancing act and easy to over indulge,but yet you need to allow yourself the pleasures of the season.I will lose more weight by the end of July it just won't be as much as I want.As stated by one of the other contestants "I am already a winner"and I embrace that and build on it.

Last week the lbs seemed to just fall off,this week they are coming back on with a vengance.Only thing i can think is that I have not been drinking water and have had a lot of diet pop.I am going to up my water and stop all pop for awhile to see what happens.I was going to take a bike trip back home today to get one of Joni's self proclaimed margaritas but decided the wife could not handle the ride in this heat so we are going to take a car trip along the northcoast instead.

My Computer is back up,guess I should have used my wifes but to late for that.Back in the gym working out regularly again and it feels good.Was doing real good with weight last week then I ate a whole large Fat Boys deep dish Friday and it really did me in.Am going to try and stay away from my big Friday meals for awhile so I can meet the goal I set for myself by the end of July.Not weighing in with the group last time was a mistake,it created a disconnect from everyone that is not good so next weigh-in I will do on Saturday and not Fri.Kinda lost focus this past 6 or 7 weeks so I plan on pushing myself a little harder down the stretch.
