Had a really good week.Good workouts pretty good on diet except my birthday.Lbs lost do not look that great but I know the inches are coming off due to my cloths are looser.Going to get a tape to measure body parts today to better moniter inches lost.Wish I had the numbers from when they measured us the first day.The weight lifting is off setting the lbs lost I believe.Happy St.Pattys Day everyone,be safe and responsible.
